1. Feasibility & Discovery

We discuss your idea/requirements and help detail outline functionality of the system. We propose a high-level approach and provide ballpark costs. We then work with you to define more detailed functionality, suggesting ideas and development approaches. We often work following an agile methodology, but also work with fixed requirements for some projects.

2. Design and Development

Design includes wireframe designs, along with detailed designs for key pages. Development uses modern architecture principles and coding to a high standard.

3. QA, Testing and Launch

We perform end-to-end testing across major browsers and target devices. A staging website is made available for you to view and do acceptance testing. We then launch the system, help with training, and advise on ongoing usage.

4. Ongoing Maintenance & Support

Once the web-based software is developed, we provide maintenance plans – which includes hosting and maintenance of the system.

We can integrate with nearly all 3rd party systems, as long as they have an ‘API’. We can also integrate with custom built systems that your business may already use. Our experience includes integrating with logistics systems, ticket systems, airline timetables, payment gateways and more.

What technology platform do you work with?

We are Microsoft partners and utilise Microsoft .NET Core and SQL Server as our primary platform for bespoke websites and web-based apps. We utilise WordPress for more standard websites and can integrate .NET apps with them. We have experience with some other technologies and have taken on maintenance or converted to .NET
